Below you will find helpful tips on how to manage your account and make your payment. All your loan information, such as your payment date, amount due, previous transactions, etc., can be found within online banking or on your monthly statement. Please note that KCCU does not issue payment books.

how to set up online banking

Your online banking account was initiated when your account was opened. To finish activating your online banking account, follow the steps below.

  1. Click here to go to Online Banking.
  2. Click First Time User under the sign-in button and enter your 6-digit member number (this is the same as the first 6 digits of your loan account number) and your social security number.
  3. You will be sent a one-time verification code to either your phone number or email that KCCU has on file for you. The code is valid for 24 hours. Enter the code to complete the verification.
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Accept PIB Profile for added security.
  5. Create your username, password, and security questions.
  6. Download our mobile app by clicking on the link below for your device!

If you have a KCCU Checking or Savings account, we can set up an Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT), so your payment is automatically deducted each month on a specific date from one of your KCCU accounts.

Either call us to set it up for you OR click here to set it up yourself in Online Banking.

If you have not logged into online banking within the past 90 days, your password may have expired. Please contact us at 800.854.5421 to reactivate your password.

  1. Click here to go to Online Banking.
